• Designed in accordance with USA Federal Specification GGG-W-636 E to fit into limited radial space while retaining full strength.
• Materials used are ultra-high strength steel such as Cr. V. steel with Cr. 1% and V.0.15% minimum and conform to specifications such as AISI/SAE-6150H or T50Cr4V2 (IS-3749) & are procured from the manufacturer directly to ensure desired quality.
• The Wrench is a single-piece closed die forging with optimized grain flow and liberal fillet radii.
• Hex opening is precision machined to close range of tolerances as per USA FED STD-346-1976.
• In-house heat treatment capability with electronic temperature control, specially developed processes with multiple tempering ensures consistency and high performance/life.
• Each Wrench is finished with a black rust-resistant finish using a patented Manganese Phosphate process with an acid-free pre-cleaning process (Aluminum Oxide Grit Blasting).
